I originally developed the plugin back in September 2006 and am just getting around to updating some of its functionality. I have had several requests from users to update the plugin to include the Associate ID tag which gives credit to the associate when a purchase is made.
I have updated the install package to include the Associate ID functionality. As I am writing this, I realized that I should’ve wrote in some code to actually remember the Associate ID being used. I’ll add that in the next iteration to come shortly (hopefully in the next couple of days).
The package assumes that you have Windows Live Writer Beta 2 installed. I haven’t tested the updated package on Beta 1, so I can’t guarantee it will work with Beta 1.
